#### **Duties & Responsibilities:**

-   Converting inbound leads into contacts, following up via calls, emails and socials
-   Initiating proactive approach with potential customers
-   Maintaining existing customer bases
-   Dealing with procurement, partnering companies to fulfil customer requirement
-   Preparing estimates and invoices
-   Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a smooth experience
-   Monitoring customer feedback closely to ensure the business delivers the best products and services
-   Managing a full pipeline via the CRM/ERP system
-   Meeting weekly/monthly targets

#### **Experience & Skills Needed:**

-   Technology friendly (excels, CRMS, etc)
-   Interactive and engaging communication skills
-   High motivation
-   Ambition to meet targets
-   Capability to build strong customer relationships.
-   Zeal to work in a fast paced environment
