Registration is only required by the trade members of the KBB Industry like fabricators and stone suppliers. The registration process is completely free. All Homeowners, Architects, Contractors etc. can get assistance with their enquiries from Work-tops without the need to register.

Everything from registration to remnant selling is completely free with work-tops. We only charge the sellers a reasonable 10% of the total payment upon completion of sale.

The 10% is for the variety of services Work-tops gives to the customer: SEO  services, product promotion, proactive approach and customer engagement, assistance with sales , On Demand facility, bank charges and admin fee, etc.

A remnant implies half-cut slabs, off-cuts or damaged stone slabs which still have the potential to be used for other purposes. Yes, we do provide product samples of engineered stones but natural stones cannot be given as samples because of these reasons:

• They have a non-uniform colour distribution throughout. Picking up slabs on the basis of just sample checking will
  create confusions in later stages. We recommend customers to visit warehouses and pick natural stone slabs personally.
• It is not practical to cut natural stone slabs for samples as they are extremely expensive.

We usually do it immediately but it can take upto 5 days to approve your stones and display them live on our website, unless it's a completely new category. It also varies depending on the volume of items which you have uploaded.

We usually make the payment to the supplier immediately after delivery confirmation.
