Sales representatives focus on finding new customers, creating active users, presentations, product demonstrations, promoting and selling the company’s products & services. You will typically negotiate and write contracts, coordinate deliveries with production and distribution, and service their accounts.

Requirements for Sales Executive

  • Passionate communication skills in English both written and oral

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred.

  • Experience in International Sales / Telesales / Corporate Sales / Business Development
  • Excellent Negotiation and customer management skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Computer Savvy
  • A willingness to learn new technologies
  • Knowledge of social media networks such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Problem-solving skills needed to be able to assist clients with their requirements.

  • Responsibilities of Sales Manage
  • Conducting research on potential clients, staying on top of customer needs and changes in the industry
  • Make 60+ calls a day to clients
  • Achieving all KPI’s
  • Exceeding sales target and user numbers
  • Updating all communication in CRM
  • Follow up e-mails and Social Network messages
  • Updating required data.
  • Using Google etc, to source new clients and making initial calls to them.
  • Attend staff meetings on Saturday
  • Build a relationship with new and existing clients.
  • Excellent team player but have the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Preparing reports for management, and resolving complaints and other service issues
