Sales Officer:

An exciting and integral opportunity has arisen for a motivated sales officer to join our fast paced, high growth business at a time of huge investment and development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Converting inbound leads into contacts, following up via calls, emails and socials
• Initiating proactive approach with potential customers
• Maintaining existing customer bases
• Dealing with procurement, partnering companies to fulfil customer requirement
• Preparing estimates and invoices
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a smooth experience
• Monitoring customer feedback closely to ensure the business delivers the best products and services
• Managing a full pipeline via the CRM/ERP system
• Meeting weekly/monthly targets

Experience & Skills Needed:

• Technology friendly (excels, CRMS, etc)
