Romano Noisette Travertine brought exactly the right amount of texture while allowing the rest of the design to shine.

Design Objective
The clients wanted their kitchen to feel bright after dark worktops and dark cabinets were installed. So flooring had to be carefully picked.
Our Execution
By using large-format beige-brown flooring with a vein-cut pattern, we reduced grout lines. This created a smooth visual flow throughout the room. The kitchen feels more spacious and bright now.

The tiles were carefully laid to distribute the natural variation evenly, allowing the floor to look organic from every angle.
Final Look — It is funny how we all spend ages choosing the best cabinet and worktop for our homes. And then at the last moment we remember the floor. But in design, the flooring is what ties everything together. Otherwise, the dark room was gracefully upgraded with a small change in the colours of the floor. Once we laid down this travertine, the whole kitchen instantly felt warmer and more grounded. The main character of this flooring is the pattern of veins. Not just visually beautiful, this slab also plays a huge role in catching natural light differently throughout the day.
