Originally, Nero Marquina was a deep jet-black marble with lightning-white veins, sourced from Spain. People love its dark, captivating look, but not everybody is comfortable installing marble in their homes, especially kitchens — it can be sensitive to acids and harsh cleaning agents. To solve this, the industry created a mimic of the same stone that not only looks stunning but also handles moisture, scratches and stains much better. That stone is Nero Marquina Quartz.
