Darcrest Quartz is a premium quality engineered quartz with a stunning dark charcoal base black colour and stunning natural veining that looks both bold and classy.  Darcrest Quartz can be supplied in a 20mm-thick quartz surface or 30mm-thick quartz surface with honed finish. The Grit offers a matte, uniform look, providing the perfect basis to create a smooth, contemporary finish and feel, whilst the Veined will bring the depth and brilliance of natural veining to create a magnificent Honed stone finish.  The components in Darcrest Quartz are a selection of natural quartz, resins and pigments, making it hard-wearing, scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, resistant to moisture, non-porous, easy to clean, hygienic and low maintenance and does not require sealing.  Gentle soap and a damp cloth are all that is needed to ensure Darcrest Quartz maintains an excellent appearance.  Aggressive chemical polishes, abrasive cleaning compounds, excessive heat, and toasting the surface should be avoided. Perfect for benchtops, islands, splashbacks, bathroom vanities, laundry benchtops, bar tops, reception counters, tabletops, commercial worktops, retail shop fit-outs, office interiors, hospitality environments, feature walls, shelving and window sills, Darcrest Quartz offers elegant timeless style that will stand the test of time.

The Buyer, by the drafted rules of our refund policy, in the case of deciding to return products immediately, that is within any 24 hours, is charged a small admin fee and, is supposed to receive the refund amount within 3 – 10 working days in the buyer’s bank A/c or in the same card.

The case of Refund towards the returning of products, which is after 24 hours before the dispatch of products, will invite the same conditions: application of small admin fee, 3 to 10 working days – as mentioned in the clause above. The said time frame of 3 – 10 working days is from the date of email request towards order cancellation.

In case, the buyer decides to cancel an order after dispatch of products or after delivery, The buyer is obliged to pay the admin fee along with the transport charges for the product return and restocking charges.

It is made clear that the admin fee stands with our refund policy as mentioned above.
